Questions operators ask
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. There's no lock-in contract and no setup fee.
What hardware do I need?
- Windows or Mac laptop (we do not recommend using tablets, speak to us if you require tablet use)
- Internet connection
- Internet browser: Google Chrome (other browsers like Safari or Microsoft Edge are not supported)
- Printer that can print A4 black and white.
When do I get paid?
Weekly, every Tuesday, for the previous week's successful orders.
How long does setup take?
Setup moves as fast as you want it to. We've had a school sign with us and take its first orders on the same day. If you'd rather launch at the start of a term, your Customer Success Manager works to your timing.
Can you move us from our current provider?
Yes. Your Customer Success Manager moves your menus, classes and settings with you, and plans the switch around your trading days.
What do families pay?
